Health Status

The Health Status module of the Consumer Health Management Center provides consumers with a comprehensive array of key indicators, alerts, standard of care reports, and other self-management tools related to the consumers' existing diseases and conditions.

Structured analytics are produced and pushed to the consumer - with no additional action from the individual required - whenever new personal information is received, or a change in the disease/condition standard of care is introduced, or on a regular schedule (e.g. every month).

For each of the individual's identified diseases and conditions, a periodic standard of care report is produced. This report displays actual care received against the evidence-based best practice standards for diagnostics and treatment. Significant differences generate recommendations for compliance improvement through actionable alerts and reminders. All information is structured to encourage and promote constructive behavior change and/or compliance.

On-demand advisory services and tools are also available to the consumer. These include a Provider/Facility Finder, Symptom Checker, Clinical Trials & Registries Finder, and a Second Opinion service.
