Health Promotion

The Health Promotion module of the Consumer Health Management Center provides consumers with personalized reports, alerts and recommendations on a wide variety of topics related to wellness and prevention. Health Promotion can also incorporate existing programs and/ or services that are offered to your employees. Four self-management profiling areas are automatically produced and delivered:

• Prevention Profile- providing analysis and alerts on recommended diagnostics, ‘well' visits and immunizations in relation to the consumer's own history
• Fitness Profile- providing analysis and alerts on established standards of physiological fitness in relation to the consumer's own history
• Risk Profile- covering the management of known risks based on the consumer's family history, work exposures and personal behaviors
• Disability and Absence Profile - covering the management of preventable disability and work absences in relation to the consumer's own history

The reports graph key indicators and progress over time, note variances between current state and appropriate benchmarks/guidelines, and provide recommendations for improvement.  On-demand advisory services and tools are also available to the consumer. These include a Health Risk Assessment, Wellness Planner, Life Expectancy Modeler, and Stress Manager.
