Health Record

The personal Health Record is at the foundation of the Consumer Health Management Center. It is pre-populated and automatically updated with individual and family data and allows for entry of supplemental data by the consumer. With consumer authorization, it can be accessed electronically by physicians and other health professionals.

From the Personal Health Record, the consumer can retrieve, sort and analyze all the claims in their personal data plus print a Portable PHR for visits to the physician- replacing the infamous clipboard.
