Partners

CHA maintains two types of partnerships: Channel Partners and Service Partners. Each is vitally important to growing Consumer Health Advisers.

 

Channel Partners

CHA's Our Channel Partners include organizations that provide services and consulting to self-funded health plans.  These include Third party Administrators, Brokers, Benefits Consultants, and Membership Associations providing services to institutional members.

 

Each of our Channel Partners recognizes the need for consumer engagement. Our Partners understand and support the growing need for self-management of family health and healthcare. Each Partner can leverage the data warehouse underlying the CHMC to improve and advance their own client and/or member services.

 

Partners benefit from the ability to monitor and analyze their own clients' performance and Associations can provide comparative information within their industry. Channel Partners have opportunities to participate commercially in distribution and implementation.

 

Service Partners

CHA's Service Partners provide specific services in support of the Consumer Health Management Center (CHMC). These include either professional services delivered though our Decision Support Tools and Advisory Services or standards and benchmarks services incorporated into the CHMC analytics database.

 

Each Service Partner is selected as ‘best in field' representing the most timely, accurate and accessible information available to consumers.
